Version 1.0.5
-------------

Added ability to disable object highlighting.

Default compound outlines to off.

Fixed drawing bug with 0-width filled splines.

Fixed drawing bug with filled rotated splines.

Open splines can now be filled.

The order of formats in the export dialog is more sensible.

Pop-up menus do not require a redraw on closing.

Unpleasant bug with uninitialised window border fixed.

Bug introduced with 1.0.4 where the current font size
in the font dialog was not shown as selected has been
fixed.

Fixed a bug with positioning of multi-line rotated text.

Figurine no longer creates empty text objects, which
xfig complains about.

Rotation of an object will snap when very near to a
90 degree multiple rotation (this makes 90-degree sized
rotations exact).

Hot object selection is much more intuitive now, as
the *smallest* matching object is selected, not the first
one.

The "figurine: BUG at object.c line 708" bug has been
fixed. This happened when using [Del] from the edit
menu to delete an object.

Passing -undolevels 0 on the command line now disables undo.

Control characters produced on some OSes should be ignored
in both text objects and dialog entries now.

The grid and showgrid icons now reflect the change if you use
the keyboard shortcuts.

Undo/redo has been re-worked to be more sensible and not
crash in certain compound circumstances.

Object droppings when clicking like crazy with the edit menu
have been fixed.

Keyboard is ignored when a menu or icon menu is open now.

Works around bugs and different command line with fig2dev 3.2.3

Resized rotated text now stays where it should (the top-left
corner is anchored in place).

Attachments to nodes will be saved in the fig file as intended.

When in edit mode, <Tab> will cycle through objects, selecting them.

Infinitely thin objects don't "disappear" on resize now.

Incompatibilities with xfig in terms of nested compound depths have
been fixed.

More minor cleanup fixes.

Version 1.0.4
-------------

Text can now be resized using a handle.

Meaningless resize/rotate of picture objects removed.

Very minor cleanup fixes.

Version 1.0.3
-------------

Many minor fixes to improve speed, behaviour, and
reliability.

Fixed crash when figurine couldn't get enough colours to
operate. Now figurine gets as many as it can, and
substitutes black elsewhere.

Tooltips should be a lot better on slower machines, as
they are only hidden very occasionally.

If you open the help pages, and you are using netscape,
the existing netscape binary is used rather than invoking
another.

You can alter the rotation of an object to a fine degree
by holding down <Shift> and moving the mouse vertically,
with respect to the rotation handle.

Attachments are now persistent across files, i.e.
attachment information is stored in the FIG file for
the next figurine session.

Dots and dashes should now work properly for lines of
width 1.

The view icons have been redesigned, and are larger, so
are hopefully easier to click on.

The zoom buttons don't affect the size of the window
anymore, and zoom from/to the centre of the figure (using
the keyboard +/- is as before).

Holding the mouse button over the list box arrows will now
continue scrolling (removes irritating need to click-click...)

Attaching to an ellipse should be much improved (although
still far from perfect).

The menus should appear in the proper place now, despite
duplicitous window managers like ctwm.

Version 1.0.2
-------------

Version 1.0.2 fixes several bugs and several core-dumps,
including the rotation of regular polygons (using <shift>)
whilst drawing.

FIG3.2 files imported from xfig should have much improved
depth ordering and be correct in most cases.

Version 1.0.2 should be much faster loading complex figures
and rendering complex spline curves, due to transformation
of two recursive functions into flat loops.

Version 1.0.1
-------------

Export PS/LaTeX split files now works properly.
